Our Pledge.

We’re incorporating a culture of giving as we grow, by giving 10% of all profits as in-kind donations to cancer wellness and community programs. We do this to ensure a commitment to actively support the cause that fuels our passion: maintaining the on-going wellness of cancer survivors and facilitating healthy habits to decrease cancer risks.

Our Passion.

The Tea Spot’s passion is fueled by our founder and CEO, a cancer survivor initially drawn to the health benefits of premium tea during her recovery. We’re inspired by medical research suggesting that tea provides numerous health benefits, from helping to prevent disease, to stress management and weight loss.

A labor of love.

Our partner wellness organizations receive gifts that include our modern Steepware® paired with a selection of our antioxidant-rich, hand-picked teas. Our Steepware® line offers a unique selection of loose tea infusers, mugs, and teapots designed to make loose-tea drinking an effortless task. These donations are assembled by our dedicated Tea Spot volunteers and interns who share our vision of maintaining a healthy lifestyle to help prevent the onset and recurrence of chronic illnesses. To date, The Tea Spot has made donations through dozens of health and community initiatives including Rocky Mountain Cancer Center, Casting for Recovery, Ovarian Cancer Awareness of Kentucky, Junior League of Denver, and A Woman’s Work. Recently, our 10% Pledge has fueled donations to Cancer Climber Association, HospiceCare of Boulder and Broomfield Counties, and Colorado Ovarian Cancer Alliance.
