Light White Sangria

 This light sangria is at 7% ABV, but you won’t find it short on flavor or satisfaction. It’s a perfect for a summer happy hour. The infusion color is a gorgeous light hue of purple-pink. You can also turn it into an ultralight 3.5% ABV version by serving it 50:50 with lemon-lime soda.

Yields: Four 6-oz servings (light version) or Eight 6-oz servings (ultralight version)

green tea sangria

Ingredients

1/3 cup blueberries, lightly mashed
1 small or 1/2 medium lime (thinly sliced)
1/2 apple, cored and sliced (any kind)
1/3 cup strawberries (hulled and sliced)
1/2 750 ml bottle white wine, a fruitier white is always nice in sangria, like a Riesling (about 12.5 oz)
1/4 cup blue Curaçao
1 tsp lemon juice
1.5 TBS Boulder Blues loose leaf green tea

Equipment
32 oz wide-mouth Mason jar
Craft Cold Brew Filter

Instructions
Combine ingredients in a 32 oz mason jar. Fill to the top with freshly drawn, cool water. Stir to mix well.

Screw on Craft Cold Brew Filter.

Let infuse for at least 1 hour, in fridge.

Serve well chilled. Ice is optional.
