How to redeem your points

Turning points into savings takes about a minute. Pick your reward type below.

The quick version. Watch it loop, then follow the steps below.

Pick your reward and tap “Get reward”

On this page, choose the gift card you want and select Get reward.

Confirm with “Redeem”

A box asks “Redeem 500 points for this reward?” Tap Redeem to trade your points.

Copy your gift card code

Tap the copy button next to your code. It is also saved on this page, so you can come back for it anytime.

This is a gift card, not a promo code

Skip the “Discount code” box in your cart. Your code will not work there. Add your items, then continue to checkout first.

At checkout, paste it into “Discount code or gift card”

On the checkout page, drop your code into the Discount code or gift card field and tap Apply.

Watch it come off your total

Your gift card shows as a line item and your total due drops. Enjoy your tea.

For an active subscription. Subscription rewards are applied inside your subscription portal, not at checkout. If you do not have a subscription yet, start one first.

The quick version. Watch it loop, then follow the steps below.

Pick a subscription reward and tap “Get reward”

Choose a “$X off next subscription order” reward and select Get reward.

Confirm with “Redeem”

It applies a discount to the next payment of an active subscription. Tap Redeem.

Copy your code, then open your portal

Copy the voucher code, then tap “Go to your subscription portal.”

In your portal, scroll to the promo code box

Scroll down to your order summary until you see the “Enter promo code” box.

Paste your code and tap “Apply”

Drop your code into the promo code box and hit Apply.

See it come off your next order

Your promo code shows with the discount and your next order total drops.
