Green tea is widely used as a natural preservative in food and cosmetics. It even looks fresh and healthy! Green helps overweight people shed excess fat without side effects. It may help modulate calorie and fat burning through the sympathetic nervous system, the adrenal glands and specific nerve chemicals. I've tried Jasmine tea before (sachet-store brand) then I heard about you guys; I will never go back to another brand of teas. Thank you!—KDavenport
My team knows I'm in the office when the smell of my Jasmine tea starts wafting down the hall. This tea is pure heaven. —MawrtyrB
I haven't had such good Jasmine tea since I left San Francisco. Brings back memories!—Doree McAdow
This tea brews up as light as sunshine, delivering a heady essence of newly-unfurled blossom, fresh-cut grass, and delicate spring breeze. I get best results brewing at about 170 degrees with a slightly longer steep of about 4 minutes. I would go with a lot less than the heaping teaspoon; Pearls goes quickly over to the soapy side if you use too much. The balls do not completely unfurl until the second infusion. In the second infusion there is a fuller bloom of sweet nectar, less grass, and more mineral notes with a touch of suntan oil. If you know the evocative scent of Sea and Ski, you'll recognize it here, along with the ocean spray! Both Petals and Pearls have their fine points. This, the Pearls, provides a fresh air, blossom-y version of jasmine green. I think of the Pearls as more uplifting and refreshing -- a tea to get you ready to face the world -- whereas the Petals is more soothing and comforting -- the one you want to kick your shoes off with and let the world recede from view. —Sophie
My husband and I are tea drinkers and are slowly learning about which teas we enjoy the most. We’ve been ordering tea from The Tea Spot for years, even though we have moved away from CO. We both pretty much enjoy the green teas, and I like to experiment with different flavors – Sencha, Gyokuro, Mao Feng have been my favorites. My husband has been a die-hard Meditative Mind drinker. We recently tried some of the Jasmine Pearls at a local tea shop here in Eugene. We both loved it. We bought a small container of Pearls for home, and quickly ran out. Not a day later, we got an email from the Tea Spot and we saw that we could get the Jasmine Pearls for a great price and 20% off! We ordered a pound of Pearls. What a beautiful tea this is! Not only is it a calming taste, but just looking at those hand – rolled Pearls of Jasmine tea and flowers is surely tea meditation. —DV
Just bought the sample to try - OMG it is so wonderful, blows the Jasmine Petals, Organic away hands down. Ordering more of this one it is so good. Awesome fresh fragrance. The rolled balls are perfectly shaped. Couldn't ask for better—Marc
I love this tea! I will definitely be ordering more. It has a great smooth flavor.—Lizabeth_ann
I just ordered this for the first time, and I love the soft, floral aroma. —Lexi
I love this tea! First, you start with these tiny little balls than unfurl during seeping. Then, you are hit with a floral aroma that immediately lifts your spirits. This Jasmine Pearl tea is light and delicious, smooth and not bitter at all. Just a tad bit of honey or even on its own, these pearls will find their way into my cup often. Works wonderfully with your favorite tuffy. —LucMac1
I love mixing a few of these pearls in with any other green tea—the aroma is wonderful!—Julie
clean, pleasant, with no bitter overtones.—texan
I love this tea. I have tried other green teas and this is one of my favorites. It is very smooth and good to mix with other flavor teas.—Leslie moon
This is my first order and I love the Jasmine tea! It's hard to find a really fabulous Jasmine Pearl. Thanks! I'm so glad I found you!—Lindarose
This is my favorite tea I've ever encountered. World Market sold an identical one and it's simply fantastic!—Jeff
This is my favorite tea. It's light and fresh and the jasmine adds a great flavor. Smells wonderful. —New tea lover
I received this as a sample, and was excited to try it. The presentation of this tea is beautiful! I put two teaspoons in my Urban Tumbler and added cold water. It cold brews nice and light, smells wonderful, but tastes too much like perfume for me. So I figured I would try it hot next time. Not much better. Jasmine tea is just not for me. No fault of Tea Spot, as it really is high quality tea—Monica
The best jasmine pearls I've ever had.—Julie
I ordered a sample of both Jasmine Petals and Jasmine Pearls. The pearls version is slightly less potent than the petals version. It only takes a few 'pearls' to brew a lovely light cup of tea. Even better -- add a pearl or two to your favorite green, white, or oolong tea (like Iron Godess) to create a bit of variety and take the jasmine down touch more if it is too floral for you.—CJ
I ordered Jasmine Pearls green tea from China itself, even had to have a Chinese coworker read the labelling, postage, etc., but the Jasmine Pearls I get from the Tea Spot are better and I don't have to wait over 3 weeks for it to arrive!—d7djb2
I can't keep enough of this tea in my house. My wife and daughter drink it as iced tea. Excellent—Landscaper
This tea was my first introduction to premium loose leaf tea, and even though I have at least 30 varieties of single origin tea from several different countries in my home, it is still one of my favorites. It is so relaxing and soothing. —Jen
    Love this Jasmine tea!—Hollie Schoppman
Aromatic and very tasty! The pearls are a pretty presentation.—Rebecca
