When I have a wonderful meal, but eat a bit too much, this is the perfect tea to calm my stomach and make me feel right again. It's also a great one for waking me up and making me feel refreshed. However, it certainly doesn't keep me awake into the night. It is absolutely wonderful iced, as well.—GoPete
My daughter got this tea for herself and she thought it was a bit strong for her. She knew I loved peppermint tea so she gave it as a gift to me. BOY do I love it both hot and cold. I have to be careful not to add to much because it will be bitter if too much is used. I use it almost all the time. I love the smell and the taste. I will definitely get again once I get through the bag I have —D McCraw
Very good peppermint tea! Strong and very fresh tasting!—K2

Having a cup of this just opens up your sinuses. It's great—Thaddeus
I have an iced tea recipe to pass along. I was experimenting with herbal tea yesterday. I mixed 4 heaping tablespoons of Tea Spot peppermint to one of Licorice root in my sun tea jar. It steeped in the sun for about 5 hours yesterday afternoon and I put it in the fridge overnight. I take a half-gallon with me to work and keep a bag of ice in a cooler. I'm a wheat farmer and no matter how modern the tractor with enclosed cab you still breathe a measure of dust. The mint/Licorice root combination is soothing and snappy tasting...needs no sweetener. Cuts the dust (smile). —Scott
