Shipping Policy
We do not make money on shipping. In fact, we subsidize our rates to offer the best options to our customers.
Free Shipping Offer
Enjoy FREE ground shipping for orders over $50 (discounted subtotal). This offer is limited to UPS Ground shipping and USPS Priority Mail for shipping within the lower 48 states.

Same Day Shipping
Orders placed by 2pm EST (11am PST) ship daily for all shipping methods, Monday-Friday. Delays may occur for orders that require shipping or billing verification. If needed, we will contact you promptly to resolve any issues, so please include up-to-date contact information when placing orders.
U.S. Shipping Rates
Flat shipping rates for all available shipping options are determined by order subtotals, as listed in the table below. For orders less than $50, a flat rate of $6 is charged for shipping within the contiguous US. We offer expedited shipping to US street addresses via UPS. We occasionally change shipping methods to provide the best service possible.

International Shipping Rates
International shipping is provided through the U.S. Postal Service - Priority Mail International. Flat rates are determined by order subtotals and shipping regions, as listed in the table below. Delivery may take up to 3 weeks but often takes less than 10 days. Local duties and taxes may be due upon delivery, determined by the rates of each receiving country.
Canada: An additional shipping method through USPS (First-Class MailŪ International) is available for shipments to Canada weighing less than 4lb, including the packaging, for a flat rate of $16. Small orders will be offered this method in addition to Priority Mail International. Local duties and taxes will be due upon delivery, according to Canadian policy. Delivery time for this method varies and will likely take longer than Priority Mail International shipments. Please be patient if you select this method.

RETURN POLICY
We want every customer to be happy with their Tea Spot products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Tea Spot purchase for any reason, please contact us. You may exchange any Steepware items for a full merchandise value credit within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will not offer exchanges for ceramic products broken upon use. As a food item, tea purchases cannot be returned. Please follow these instructions for merchandise exchanges:
1. Call us at (303) 444–8324 or email us at info@theteaspot.com requesting a return merchandise authorization. Please be sure to include your name, address, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. You will receive a response within two business days, and a return authorization number if approved.
2. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you to send the package to the following address:

3. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will email a gift card for the corresponding product value or ship replacement products within two working days. Shipping charges will not be refunded for returned or exchanged items.
