You may return items for a store credit or refund, minus processing fee, within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns for ceramic or glass products broken upon use. Please follow these instructions:
Product Exchange & Refund Procedure
1. Call us at (303)444–8324 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting return approval. Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Specify how you'd like to proceed: 1) full merchandise credit to theteaspot.com, shipping fees excluded, 2) refund back to your original payment method minus a 20% processing fee, shipping fees excluded, or 3) product exchange. You will receive a response from us within two business days.
2. Please ship returns to the following address, using the shipping carrier most convenient for you. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we'll proceed as requested: 1) store credit, 2) refund minus 20% processing fee, or 3) ship the product exchange. Please note: Shipping charges will not be credited or refunded.
