How do I set up my wholesale account and place my first order?
The first step is to fill out our Wholesale Inquiry Form. Once your inquiry is received, we will send you the New Account Set Up Form. If you are eligible for a wholesale account, you will receive an email with login instructions within one business day. You will then be able to place an order on our wholesale website!

What products are available through the wholesale program?

  • bulk loose-leaf tea by the pound
  • bulk sachets by the case
  • bulk iced tea pouches by the case
  • tea retail including tea sachet boxes by the case, loose leaf tea tins by the case, loose leaf Simple Steeps by the case, cleanse kits by the case
  • Steepware® retail by the case
  • Cancer Hates Tea books by the case
  • and more!

What are your order minimums?
We have no minimums! You simply must purchase by the pound of bulk tea or case of product.

How do I update my contact info?
Once you are logged in, you can update your account info by clicking on the 'Account' tab located at the top right of the screen. Once there, you can update your contact name, billing address, shipping address, and password.

When will my order ship?
All wholesale orders ship out within 3 business days. (i.e. if an order is placed on a Monday, it will leave our warehouse by Thursday; orders placed on Friday will ship by the following Wednesday).

How long does it typically take to receive an order?
Wholesale orders typically ship via UPS Ground which on average take 4-7 business days in transit.

How do I expedite an order?
On the final checkout page, you will be able to select your shipment method. We ship via UPS and offer Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver.

Please note that our expedited shipping still requires 3 business days of handling prior to shipping.

I received a newsletter announcing a promotional sale, how do I take advantage of this sale?
All promotional newsletters will have a promo code associated with the sale. This promo code will be visible in the newsletter and on the wholesale landing page banner. The promo code can be applied to your cart in the 'Promo Code and Gift Certificate' field before going to the checkout.

Please note, we run separate promotions on our retail website and wholesale website. Make sure the promo code you are trying to apply is for a promotion we are offering on our wholesale website.

What support do you offer local Colorado customers?
We love our backyard neighbors!

I am an international customer, why would I purchase from The Tea Spot?
We understand that ordering internationally can come with additional costs that can be a financial barrier. As a result we offer a discount to help alleviate the cost of shipping and customs. Click here to apply for an international wholesale account

I want to try some new teas. How can I go about doing this?
If you are an existing customer, samples can be purchased on the wholesale website; however, please do not resell these items. If you are not yet a customer, please fill out the New Account Form and a sales rep will be in touch soon.

I can’t find the product I am wanting to order on the fast order page when I use either the product code or product name. How do I get the product ordered that I need?
This could mean that your product is out of stock. Unfortunately, our online ordering page does not have the capacity to communicate out of stocks at this time. Please check back in periodically to order the product or email sales@theteaspot.com to discuss alternative solutions.

Can’t find an item you are looking for?
If you are unable to find what you are looking for by typing in the product name just scroll down on the fast order page to locate the exact item code on the product grid.

Do you offer any merchandising and/or The Tea Spot branded materials?
Yes! We have the following options:

  • Tea Menus – Complimentary if ordered online. Please email a list of the teas you are wanting to sales@theteaspot.com with your invoice reference number.
  • Tea Labels – Complimentary if ordered online. Please email a list of the teas you are wanting to sales@theteaspot.com with your invoice reference number.
  • 5" x 5" Window Decal – $5.00 online

Do you have photographs of The Tea Spot products that I can use on my website and for merchandising?

I am looking for a tea partner on a custom project, who do I contact?
Great! We offer innovative tea and Steepware solutions for custom and OEM projects. Please reach out to sales@theteaspot.com

I am interested in getting a custom tea blend, is this possible?
Yes! We love doing custom tea blends. We have a 100 lb minimum order requirement for custom blends. Reach out to sales@theteaspot.com for more info.


  1. Go to wholesale.theteaspot.com
  2. Login with your account credentials, provided by our support team
  3. Fast Order Page - Where you can add items the following way:
    • Product code (all info below in product grid)
    • Product name (all info below in product grid) - search the tea name first, i.e. Bolder Breakfast, and then select the variety, i.e. sachets
    • Upload CSV with details
  4. Finish by selecting your billing, shipping, and payment method
  5. Complete Order
