Autumn Spiced Apple Mocktail

In celebration of Sober October, The Tea Spot developed an Autumn Spiced Apple Mocktail with Turmeric Tonic Herbal Chai that’s both sophisticated and refreshing. We know you and your guests will enjoy sipping this alcohol-free drink for fall. 

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 Tbs Turmeric Tonic 
2 thin slices fresh ginger (1/16 in. thick)
1 heaping tsp honey
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup apple juice
1 apple (for garnish) 
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add Turmeric Tonic herbal tea, honey, and ginger to a 16 oz mason jar. Fill the jar to 1 cup mark with boiling water and let steep for 15 minutes (be careful and do not touch the jar where the liquid is - it will be hot!). Add apple cider vinegar. Squeeze lemon into jar. Add apple juice and top off the mason jar with fresh cool water (you can also top with ginger beer!). Screw on the Craft Cold Brew Filter. Pour over ice and enjoy.
 
Yields two 6-7 oz mocktails (serve in 10-12 oz glasses)
