Fruit-Tea Popsicle Recipes

Here are two incredibly delicious and simple fruity tea popsicle recipes that you can make at home to get some healthy relief from the summer heat.

Hibiscus Blueberry Popsicle:

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup cold brewed Flat Belly Hibiscus Cucumber tea (1 TBS in 1 quart of water overnight)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp hemp hearts

INSTRUCTIONS

Simply blend all ingredients into a smoothie, then freeze in a popsicle mold for 5+ hours. Run the popsicle encasing under warm water for a few seconds to help the popsicle slide out easily. 

Tropical Hibiscus Popsicle:

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup cold brewed Flat Belly Hibiscus Cucumber tea (1 TBS in 1 quart of water overnight)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of mango (fresh or frozen) 
- 1/2 cup of pineapple (fresh or frozen) 
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp hemp hearts

INSTRUCTIONS

Simply blend all ingredients into a smoothie, then freeze in a popsicle mold for 5+ hours. Enjoy!
