The Tea Spot celebrated a birthday today with style. In honor of Jessica’s special day, we ate Boulder Ice Cream (both dairy and soy) topped with a very special Tea Spot Sauce.  Maria, herself, concocted the decadent sauce made with Lapsang Souchong infused vodka and molasses.
