Good flavor poor quality bags

Presentation is top notch and the pouches the tea bags come in are resealable. The tea has good flavor. I have a problems with the tea bags though. Every bag I've use the little paper that's attached to the steeping string was glued to the bag. Not a nutritional scientist but I don't think consuming glue is good for the body. Also, when I pull the paper loose from the bag (glue) it always tears a hole in the bag as well. Every bag I've used has had a hole in them regardless of pulling the paper loose or not. This gets tiny little debris in my mug. Use better bags and don't put glue on them and it would be 5 stars.

We are in the process of sourcing a higher-quality material that will resolve this issue. We should have this new material in production within the next month or so. We can confirm that we use PLA (poly lactic acid) to attach the tag, which is completely food safe and not a traditional glue. Powerful!

These teas are so impactful! In their flavor as well as in the gorgeous packaging. I absolutely love that the packs AND the tea sachets are biodegradable. Each tea I try becomes my new favorite. Just WOW!!!

I got these teas when I was in the middle of a New Years Challenge this year. I'm shocked that I've officially kicked my coffee habit and am now fueled by tea throughout the day - a much more sustainable energy, without peaks and valleys. Each tea serves such a different purpose. I guess you could say that I'm a "tea guy" now & couldn't be happier about the results.
