Dr. Oz and naturopath Dr. Pina LoGiudice introduces a brand new teatox that will flush out your body, reduce bloat, and jumpstart your weight loss.
They suggest swapping your morning cup of coffee with Dandelion tea to help with digestion and lower blood pressure. We love our Wild Chicory Joe for this!
For an afternoon pick-me-up they recommend fennel and ginger tea. Some of our favorite blends that contains fennel are our 3pm Flat Belly and Organic Turmeric Tonic.
They also recommend sipping on Licorice root tea throughout the day (it just tastes sweet, not like black licorice at all!) a well as Green Tea.
