Here are two incredibly delicious and simple fruity tea popsicle recipes that you can make at home to get some healthy relief from the summer heat.  Hibiscus Blueberry Popsicle: INGREDIENTS: - 1 cup cold brewed Flat Belly Hibiscus Cucumber tea (1 TBS in 1 quart of water overnight)- 1 banana- 1 cup of frozen blueberries- 1/2 cup coconut milk- 1 tsp hemp hearts INSTRUCTIONS Simply blend all ingredients into a smoothie, then freeze in a popsicle mold for 5+ hours.
