Subtle and Smooth

I often find green teas too sharp and grassy. But this organic sencha brewed for 2 minutes at 175deg is incredibly soft and smooth, yet rich. I can see that some would find it bland if they’re looking for a powerful green tea flavor. But I think the subtle complexity is perfect. I get three ~400ml pots out of 1.5 tsp of tea. The last one is weaker, as expected, but still lovely.

Mild tasting organic green

This is my daily starter with a cup of espresso. I seep a cloth bag all morning. Prefer it seeped longer imo tastes milder. Can be blended with cinnamon spice and organic black pearls for unique flavors. Highly recommend

Great Tasting Simple Sencha

For a basic, no-frills sencha, this tea tastes wonderful. Its very comparable to the sencha they serve at the local Japanese restaurants I frequent, if not often better. It brews very generously too. I have under and over brewed this tea on a few occasions, and it always tastes good enough. I can't say that for other sencha I have had. Gyokuro will always be my favorite Japanese green tea, but this one is a close second. And, I don't have to feel guilty about drinking it every day and blowing through all my money hahaha. Highly recommend this tea.
