Coconut Crush Chai Overnight Oatmeal

 

Spice up your mornings with this easy overnight oatmeal recipe. In honor of the release of our new herbal chai tea, we have whipped up a tropical treat utilizing our Coconut Crush Chai.

This new chai blend consists of caffeine-free Rooibos, eye-opening ginger, spicy cinnamon, crave-worthy shredded coconut and ginger, coconut, vanilla flavoring. This versatile chai can be enjoyed in the evening before bed as well as a wake-up in the morning with its invigorating aromas.

½ c. Steeped Coconut Crush Chai
½ c. Rolled Oats
½ c. Yogurt
½ c. toppings (optional): coconut shavings, bananas, granola
* If you’ve got a bit of a sweet tooth add 2 tsp. of honey or maple syrup

Mix the first three ingredients in a 16 oz. mason jar and store in the refrigerator overnight (minimum of 8 hours). In the morning top with coconut shavings, bananas, and granola. Enjoy!
